Consent and Safety

Our Non-Negotiables

1) Medical Boundaries

• We do not diagnose, prescribe, or advise stopping medication.

• Medical decisions are made with your licensed clinician.

• Coaching supports lifestyle, intimacy skills, and nervous-system regulation

alongside proper medical care.

2) Consent Framework

• Consent must be enthusiastic, informed, specific, and revocable at any

time.

• Use safewords: Green (good/continue), Yellow (slow/adjust), Red (stop

now).

• Agree on boundaries, safe body parts, and aftercare before play.

3) Airway & Body Safety

• Nothing enters the mouth unless the receiver is eager, breathing freely, and

can stop instantly.

• Respect pelvic floor/cervix/rectum—no pain is “required” for pleasure.

• Set time limits and hydration/breath breaks for intense practices.

4) Tears, Freeze, or Overwhelm

• Pause immediately. Clear the airway; reduce stimulation.

• Offer simple options: space, water, blanket, quiet, or a hug.

• Honor the answer. No debate. Stop for the night if requested.

5) Aftercare

• Plan it in advance: warmth, water, quiet, reassurance, nourishment.

• Debrief when regulated: what worked, what didn’t, what to adjust.

6) Repair & Accountability

• If harm occurs (even unintentionally), we apologize, stop, and seek repair.

• We may refer to medical or mental-health professionals when appropriate.

7) What We Reject

• Weaponizing sex to punish, control, or “correct.”

• Interpreting tears as permission to intensify.

• Any directive to start/stop meds outside a clinician’s care.

One-liners to remember

• “If you cry, we pause. If you say stop, we stop.”

• “Your safety and sovereignty outrank the scene.”

• “Consent is continuous; we can change our minds.”
