TANTRA REIKI MASSAGE

The Art of Embodied Bliss

Three Sacred Modalities. One Extraordinary Experience.

Reiki • Energy Medicine • Tantric Bodywork

Imagine leaving a session feeling deeply relaxed, yet wonderfully awake.

Your mind is clear. Your body feels lighter. The noise of everyday life has softened into a beautiful sense of peace.

You feel present. Nourished. Connected.

Some clients describe a blissful calm that continues for days. Others speak of renewed clarity, emotional release, and a profound feeling of coming home to themselves.

Why does this happen?

At Temple of Eros, Tantra Reiki Massage brings together three complementary healing traditions in an intentional journey of energetic awareness, mindful touch, and embodied presence.

✨ PART ONE: REIKI

The Japanese Art of Energy Healing

Reiki is a Japanese practice developed by Mikao Usui in the early twentieth century.

The word Reiki is commonly understood through two Japanese concepts: Rei, associated with spiritual or universal wisdom, and Ki, the vital life energy recognized in Japanese traditions.

As a Reiki Master, I honor the teachings of Mikao Usui through a lineage passed from teacher to student.

My training is rooted in a close connection to the original Usui tradition, something I hold with tremendous respect.

Reiki uses gentle hand placements, either resting lightly upon the body or held just above it, to invite stillness, relaxation, and energetic awareness.

In my practice, Reiki may be experienced as a beautiful standalone session or integrated into Tantra Reiki Massage.

What might you experience?

A deep sense of peace. Warmth. Emotional softening. Heightened body awareness. An opportunity to rest without having to do, achieve, or perform.

Reiki creates a beautiful foundation for the work that follows.

✨ PART TWO: ENERGY MEDICINE

Awakening the Body’s Energetic Pathways

Our second modality draws upon the teachings of Donna Eden and the traditions of energetic meridians, acupressure, and intentional touch.

Within traditional energy systems, meridians are understood as pathways through which vital energy, or chi, moves throughout the body.

Through rhythmic tapping, gentle pressure, holding specific points, and carefully directed hand movements, we invite greater awareness and ease into areas where tension may be held.

This work may incorporate:

  • Meridian tapping and tracing
  • Gentle acupressure and reflexology techniques
  • Energetic holding and balancing
  • Rhythmic movements and intentional touch
  • Conscious breathing and body awareness

The intention is to support relaxation, grounding, and a more harmonious relationship with the body.

For many people, this becomes an invitation to notice sensations they have been too busy, overwhelmed, or disconnected to recognize.

The body has a language. Energy Medicine invites us to listen.

✨ PART THREE: TANTRIC BODYWORK

The Exquisite Art of Conscious Touch

Here, the experience deepens.

Tantric bodywork is not simply a sequence of massage techniques.

It is a practice of absolute presence.

Every movement is intentional. Every touch is offered with awareness. Every breath becomes an invitation to soften more deeply into the experience of being alive.

I work with gentle, flowing movements, circular patterns, and attentive touch while remaining responsive to the body’s comfort, breathing, and subtle changes in tension.

This requires dedication, concentration, and an ongoing commitment to remaining grounded and present throughout the session.

There is no rush.

No performance.

No expectation that your body should respond in any particular way.

Only an invitation to receive.

Why Circular Movements?

Circular and rhythmic movements have long been incorporated into traditional bodywork and energetic practices.

Their gentle repetition can create a soothing, predictable sensory experience, helping the body settle into relaxation.

When combined with mindful breathing and comfortable pressure, these movements may encourage a sense of ease, connection, and physical release.

The art is not simply in the hands. It is in the presence behind them.

✨ THE BLISS RESPONSE

Why Do Clients Feel So Wonderful Afterwards?

Every day, we navigate an extraordinary amount of stimulation.

Responsibilities. Expectations. Emotional challenges. Constant thinking.

For many of us, stress becomes so familiar that we hardly recognize how much tension we’re carrying.

Mindful touch, relaxation, and a supportive environment can help shift our experience away from constant vigilance and toward greater rest and ease.

Massage has been studied for its potential to reduce perceived stress and anxiety, while pleasant, consensual touch can contribute to feelings of comfort, connection, and well-being.

Our bodies also have complex systems involving neurotransmitters and hormones—including endorphins, serotonin, dopamine, and oxytocin—that participate in our experiences of mood, pleasure, bonding, and pain.

These systems are part of the fascinating relationship between body and mind, although individual sessions cannot be assumed to produce specific increases in each chemical.

What matters most is the experience itself.

The beautiful possibility of feeling deeply relaxed without feeling depleted.

Of discovering stillness without losing vitality.

Of experiencing pleasure as a natural expression of being comfortable, present, and at home in your own body.

✨ AN INVITATION TO RETURN TO YOURSELF

Some clients notice immediate relaxation. Others discover that their relationship with stress, touch, and body awareness evolves as they continue practicing mindful self-care.

Every journey is personal.

Every session is unique.

And every experience begins with the same invitation:

Come as you are. Leave more you.
